STRUCTURAL INSPECTION
During this part of the inspection
we check the integrity of
porch and deck structures
The roof is inspected using high power binoculars
All penetrations are carefully inspected for proper seal to the roof
The pitch of the rain gutters is also checked
A visual inspection of the home's cosmetics is noted
Necessary and recommended corrections will be documented
Inside inspection of the roof and floor structure
will reveal any leaks, old or new The foundation will be evaluated for soundness with
any deficiencies noted
