WHAT IS RADON?
Radon is the natural break down of uranium in the soil, rock and water. According to the Surgeon General, it is the second leading cause of lung cancer in the United States today. Testing is the only way to know if you are at risk. Our radon testing is done using continuous radon monitors,
which run for 48 hours, under “Closed House Conditions”.
This means that the windows and doors must be kept closed during testing
conditions, except for normal coming and going. Our clients receive
the actual print out of the hourly readings of the radon level in the
home during the testing period.
