and electrical system.
Does the home have an outdated electric system? We can let
you know if it
conforms to today’s lifestyles. Is that a Federal Pacific Panel
box?
Is the plumbing functioning properly? Do the pipes leak? Is
that polybutylene
pipes? How about that water heater? Is it functioning properly?
Is the furnace firing correctly? Was the chimney properly cleaned and maintained?
These are only some of the questions you can have answered during this inspection.
Our inspectors will also check the doors and windows to see
if they are
functioning properly or are broken.
